  • Tomato, olive oil and aloe Vera: add a drop of olive oil and the inside of one aloe leaf to the tomato and rub into the hair roots. Absorb for as long as possible and rinse.
  • Olive oil and milk: mix warm milk with a tablespoon of olive oil and enjoy daily on an empty stomach.
  • Cooked Banana: Cooked bananas are rich in vitamin E, so they promote hair growth. Crush the banana and add a tablespoon of honey. Rub into the roots, leave on and rinse.

  • Diet: Diet greatly affects the appearance of your hair, so it is important to eat nutritious and vitamin-rich foods. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish.
  • Blood Circulation: In order for hair to grow, the head needs good blood circulation. Rub on your scalp for 5-10 minutes daily. You can do this, for example, while washing, watching TV or going to bed.
