Ingredients
- 120 g panela whole cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 60 ml of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 250 ml of water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Manufacturing
- Put the sugar and water in a saucepan, and heat the mixture over medium heat. Stir until the liquid precipitates.
- Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar, stirring constantly.
- Take the liquid off the stove and add the oil, salt and garlic. Stir again so that the ingredients mix well.
- Then apply the barbecue sauce to the meats and put them to fry.
Recipe 2
Now we are talking about a recipe that does not require any cooking. This sauce is great for chicken, chops and juicy steaks.

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 125 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- A little salt
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
Manufacturing
- Take a medium bowl and mix the tomato sauce with the honey and water.
- Add soy sauce, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce, and stir slightly.
- Then add more salt, crushed garlic cloves and pineapple juice. Stir again.

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped peppers
- 2 tablespoons dark sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Half a glass of water
Manufacturing
- First, cut the onions into small pieces and saute them in a small amount of olive oil, salt and dark sugar until they become soft and caramelized.
- Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, paprika, mustard, honey and black pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
- Add a little water to dilute the sauce.
- Allow to cook for five minutes, remove from the heat, and then allow the sauce to cool for a while.
