Low calorie chocolate mousse

Sounds amazing? In reality, there is nothing miraculous about this. The portion size determines the number of calories, and this is especially true for chocolate. So eating chocolate itself is not a problem; what matters is how much it is eaten and with what.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 ½ cups of dark chocolate (approx. 6 dl)
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk
  • ½ cups of vanilla (approx. 1 dl)

Manufacturing

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and place it in a large bowl.
  • Then mix the milk and stevia well.
  • Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  • Add the milk and stevia mixture to the chocolate and pour in the egg yolks. Mix well.
  • Add the proteins and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
  • Finally, divide the dessert into bowls and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Low calorie vanilla ice cream

Ice cream can also be made as a low-calorie alternative.

It may seem miraculous that a delicious and sugary dessert like ice cream would get a low-calorie version. However, it is possible!

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 ½ cups of almond milk (approx. 6 dl)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons stevia

Manufacturing

  • Slowly heat the almond milk and vanilla.
  • Meanwhile, whisk the yolks with the stevia. Mix well.
  • Add a little almond milk to the yolk mixture; it gives thickness and flavor.
  • Boil the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking, raise the temperature slightly, and when the mixture is almost at boiling point, remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Use an ice cream machine if possible. Otherwise, put the mixture in the refrigerator.

Low-calorie oat-fruit cake

The low-calorie oat fruit cake is easy to make.

Making this dessert is so easy that you’ll probably want to do it more often. It is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 7 slices of white bread
  • 2 ½ cups of mild white cream cheese (approx. 6 dl)
  • 1 cup fig fig (about 2.5 dl)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 red apple sliced
  • ½ cups of raisins (just over 1 dl)
  • 2 tablespoons stevia

Manufacturing

  • Start by crushing the bread carefully and soaking it in oat milk.
  • Mix all the other ingredients together and finally add the breadcrumbs and oatmeal.
  • Put the mixture in a large dessert container and add the fig jam.
  • Keep in a water bath for about an hour at medium heat.
  • Turn off the stove and put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • A delicious and low-calorie dessert is ready to enjoy!
