  • Sugar-free jam to your liking (with berry jam, the cake tastes incredibly good)
  • Grated 1 peel of lemon
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil or butter to lubricate the cake pan

This is how the sugar-free cheesecake is made

  • Start with the dough: put the sweetener in a bowl and add one egg. Whisk the ingredients well until the mixture starts to foam.
  • Add flour and continue beating. Whisk until airy to give the mixture a good composition.
  • Grease the casserole with oil or butter and pour the batter there.
  • Bake in the oven on low heat until the dough is crispy and golden brown.
  • Prepare the filling by beating the two remaining eggs and the rest of the sweetener (½ bags).
  • Stir in the cream cheese, lemon juice and grated lemon zest. Continue beating until everything is well mixed.
  • When the base is ready, take it out of the oven and pour over the filling.
  • Put back in the oven at 180 ºC. The baking time depends on the oven, so keep an eye on the baking. The cheesecake should be ready within 15-25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan. The cake may break if you try to remove it while hot. Allow it to retract before removing.
