  • 1 chicken
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 1 bay leaf, salt and olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and slice the carrots.
  • Slice the onion.
  • Place the carrots and onion on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  • The cleaned whole chicken is seasoned and placed on top of the vegetables.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken.
  • Add bay leaf, olive oil and white wine.
  • Bake the chicken in the oven for one hour at 175 degrees.
  • Turn the chicken every half hour. Take the chicken out of the oven when it is golden brown.

Substances

  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • half a red pepper
  • half a green pepper
  • 2 dl chicken broth
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1.5 dl white wine
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Put the chicken legs in an oven dish and season with thyme.
  • Slice onions, peppers, carrots and potatoes.
  • Add the vegetables, salt and olive oil with the chicken to the oven dish.
  • Bake in the oven for one hour.
  • Add chicken broth to the oven dish every 20 minutes. Add white wine after 40 minutes.
  • Turn on the oven grill function to brown the chicken just before it is ready.

  • 2 potatoes

  • 4 chicken legs

  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 chicken

  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 dl of water
  • olive oil
  • 1 dl white wine

Instructions

  • Mix the herbs and chopped garlic as well as the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Remove the chicken skin and rub the salt and herb mixture on the surface of the chicken.
  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Chop into small pieces.
  • Wash, peel and slice the carrots.
  • Dice the onions.
  • Put all the vegetables, mushrooms and peppers in an ovenproof dish around the chicken. Also add salt, wine and water.
  • Bake in the oven at 175 degrees.
  • Mix the ingredients every half hour. The chicken should be golden brown and the vegetables tasty.
