Ingredients

  • 100 g of Greek yogurt
  • 200 g of low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml of skimmed milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 75 g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons liquid stevia
  • 60 ml of water

Manufacturing

  1. First you need to prepare the base. Mix oatmeal, cinnamon and banana in a bowl.
  2. Then pour the mixture into a floured pan and  place in a 160 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then put in the refrigerator.
  3. Next, mix the cream cheese with the milk, yogurt and honey in a bowl.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and then the egg whites.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan on the bottom and  place in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes. Then put it back in the refrigerator.
  6. Put the raspberries, stevia and water in a saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat until the texture becomes jam-like.
  7. Finally, take the pan out of the fridge and pour a thick layer of raspberry mixture on top.
  8. If desired, cool before serving.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

2. Neapolitan toast

Toast is usually high in calories and carbs, but this is a healthy version. There is nothing better than a healthy dessert that you can prepare for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 450 ml skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 50 ml of water

Manufacturing

  1. Whisk the eggs and whites first in a bowl. As they foam, add honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Then add the milk and mix well.
  3. Take a casserole and sprinkle with wheat or rice flour to prevent the dessert from sticking to the casserole. Pour the mixture into a pan.
  4. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Use a knife or toothpick to check if it is ready.
  5. Then place the pot on medium heat and pour the stevia and water into the pot until the mixture becomes caramel-like. It should turn golden brown.
  6. Remember, it’s not sugar, so its  color and texture will be a little different than a traditional toast.
  7. Finally, remove the toasting pan from the pan and pour over the caramel.

3. Chocolate sweet potato muffins

Ingredients

  • 100 g of sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 60 ml skim milk
  • 150 g of  dark chocolate  grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Manufacturing

  1. First cook the sweet potatoes in a saucepan.
  2. Once they have softened, remove from the heat, drain and stir.
  3. Then add the eggs, baking powder, milk and oatmeal. Stir well to prevent lumps.
  4. Then pour in the honey and vanilla extract. The dough becomes very thick.
  5. Flour the muffin tins and divide the dough into the tins. Grate a little dark chocolate on top of them.
  6. Finally, place in the oven at  170 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
