Treatment of gingivitis

Gingivitis is a more common ailment, whatever you imagine. In gingivitis, the gums bleed, especially when brushing your teeth. According to experts, one of the best ways to treat gingivitis is to use special toothpastes. Many may underestimate the effectiveness of home care in treating gingivitis, but if the gingivitis is due to a simple irritation — for example, the gums are damaged while eating — it is worth trying baking soda, as it can work wonders.

In other cases, gingivitis is most often caused by the accumulation of plaque in the corners of the teeth and posterior teeth. For this purpose, various toothbrushes are available, which often come with a product that is effective in gingivitis. However, instead of toothpaste, you can use a baking soda treatment as it is definitely a great option. It’s also really easy, all you have to do is gargle with baking soda.

You can try baking soda-based treatment e.g. for the treatment of gingivitis.

To prevent the onset of gingivitis, eat raw vegetables daily, increase your vitamin C intake and rub your gums lightly every day.

Gout treatment

Thousands of people around the world suffer from gout and use a lot of painkillers to treat pain. Painkillers often relieve pain only externally and for only a few hours. Try a baking soda treatment to treat gout, as this natural treatment is really easy to implement – few people know how easy it is!

Gout is caused by an increase in the level of uric acid in the body, as the body cannot remove uric acid properly.  Baking soda treatment helps to neutralize and remove salts of uric acids and reduce pain and discomfort.

Gout causes swelling of the feet.

Baking soda helps to increase the solubility of uric acid, which makes it easier for the body to remove it, maximizing body fluids that pass through the kidneys. In addition, baking soda helps to raise urinary pH, preventing the risk of urinary stones.

All you have to do is mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water and drink it in the morning, before lunch and in the evening before going to bed.

Teeth whitening

We talked earlier about the benefits of baking soda in treating gingivitis. Baking soda can be used in oral care anyway. If you want beautiful, shiny and white teeth – similar to TV toothpaste ads – don’t hesitate to use baking soda to whiten your teeth.

CAUTION : Be careful when applying this product and do not use it too much, as baking soda may affect tooth enamel. The right way to use baking soda for teeth whitening is to apply it to your teeth once a week or every other week – some people use it once a month.

Teeth get stained and discolored for many reasons: smoking, coffee and tea stain teeth. Foods that contain dyes, poor oral hygiene, rice disease, and aging also stain teeth. The yellowish color of the teeth is due to the wear of the white tooth enamel on the surface of the tooth, leaving the dental bone exposed.

To whiten your teeth, we recommend gargling the mixture with one teaspoon of baking soda in half a cup of water. Gargle so that fluid can get around your teeth and cheek teeth. The taste may be a little salty at first, but try to put up with the taste for a while as your mouth will soon get used to it. Do not drink water. Repeat the treatment two or three times a day (for example, each time you brush your teeth), but remember what we said earlier:  baking soda is not recommended for teeth whitening daily, but once a week or two, or once a month.

The good thing is that this natural teeth whitening method will help you prevent bad breath and treat wounds, blisters or any other ailments you may have in your mouth. Baking soda can also be used alone to treat these problems.

Acne treatment

Acne is one of the most common skin problems, especially in adolescence. It can be caused by a number of different factors, such as oily skin, hormonal changes, hereditary predispositions, diet, or changes in the environment. Finns appear in places where the growth of sebaceous blisters is strong. For this reason, they are more likely to appear on the face, back, chest, and neck.

While most people want to treat acne for appearance reasons, the truth is that underlying acne is also affected by skin imbalance, which also needs to be treated so that it does not get worse or become chronic. Baking soda is one of the most effective treatments for acne.

You can use a baking soda mask to treat acne.

Try a baking soda treatment for acne, as it is very simple to use. First, clean your face with a very gentle and neutral soap. In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. The composition should be cream-like. Apply it to areas where you have pimples or acne is bothersome. Make circular motions so that the paste is absorbed deep into the skin and leave on for a few minutes. However, do not leave the mask on your face for too long as it may cause skin irritation or dryness. Rinse face with warm water and dry gently with a towel.
